Qigong Zoom Class
Qigong is an ancient Chinese health care system that works. It integrates physical postures, breathing techniques, and focused intentions. With Qigong (Qi=energy, gong=skill), learn to manage your energy to create peace, balance, and harmony. No experience needed. Join class any time you can.
This one-hour class will be given 2 times per week, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:15 p.m. Come to either one or both!
